There is never an obligation when discussing your custom home or renovation project. We believe that once you meet with our team and understand our philosophy of work, you will want to use our services. However, if are not selected we will at least know that we gave you sound advice and seasoned guidance.

If you would like us to prepare an estimate for new home construction we will need a set of your blueprints as an initial start. If you are considering a renovation and do not have a set of blueprints, we will need to setup a time to come and walk through the job with you on the site of the renovation work.
